Vintage raffia covered bottle

Vintage raffia covered bottle, with a click clack style stopper.
The raffia is in good order and the coloured raffia has kept a good vibrant colour but the leather handle appears to have been partially removed. There would have been a leather shoulder strap, which has been detached. The stopper doesn't appear to have been opened as still has its original packaging cardboard on it. The stopper has a scene of 2 figures by a river which has Lourdes written on it. My guess is it is a tourist peice that someone has brought back from a pilgrimage to Lourdes which is very plausible given the area of France we but in is prodominantly Catholic.
