Conditions of Use

We will provide our services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.  We (Sarah's Attic) have the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time throughout the running of this business. The revised version will be posted online. You will be bound by the revised agreement if you continue to use our services after these terms and conditions are changed.

User status 

By making an order through our website, you confirm that:​

Delivery and availability  

Delivery will be completed when we, or our specified delivery company, complete delivery to your address following delivery instructions given by you, the customer. 

Sarah's Attic reserves the right to change the delivery date with prior notice. 

Parcel Force will be used to deliver your purchase and you will receive a tracking number once the item has been dispatched.

If a claim is made for damage, Sarah's Attic must receive a notification with 24hrs of receipt. The recipient must keep all packaging and any damaged items for inspection until the claim is resolved. Return of the item may be requested to be sent within 48hrs of receipt before the settlement of the claim is agreed.

Parcel force may also contact the recipient of the parcel and ask them to complete a damage questionnaire and/or photographs of the item and the packaging. If a claim for loss or disputed delivery is made, the recipient may be asked to confirm that the item was not delivered to Parcel Force and Sarah's Attic.

Any address changes must be updated before the completion of purchase within your account area. 

 

Payment collection and price 

Payment is collected within our website via Square up & PayPal

Full payment must be received prior to dispatch and delivery

All current prices are exclusive of VAT as we are not a VAT registered company.

 

Refunds policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for a satisfactory reason such as the following:

  • It was not the item ordered

  • The item received does not match the photo or description on the website

Please note All Vintage and antique items might have some imperfections, marks, dents or dings, this is what we in the antiques and vintage world call patina. It is what makes buying vintage and antique items unique and interesting. All the marks and imperfections show the life the item has had before, it is part of its history which you inherit when you purchase a vintage or antique item, it is part of its charm and its attraction.

All items are shown to their fullest and any marks shown are visible in the photos.

All items sold are sold fit for purpose, Any damage in transit will be covered by the delivery services insurance, as stated in the delivery section.
