There is a space in the lid for a spoon/ladel. There are no chips but a small amount of crazing to the glaze on the lid. Overall height 9cm overall diameter 12cm
It is marked Toni Raymond Pottery on the underside of the main body of the serving dish. Cute novelty serving dish for the Christmas table!
