C20 Hand-Painted Glazed Terracotta Bowl
A vibrant hand-painted terracotta bowl, dating from the 20th century, finished in a warm ochre yellow glaze. The inner circle is decorated with painted olives and leaves, while the outer surface and handles feature a bold terracotta and black lined design.
The rope-style twin handles are accented with hand-painted black highlights, adding rustic charm and character. The glaze shows a natural crackle effect, enhancing its vintage appeal. There is a small chip to the glaze on one handle (photographed), but this does not detract from either the look or use of the bowl.
Measurements: 28.5 cm in diameter (33.5 cm including handles) and 10 cm in height.
