This brass inkwell has the markings of MOD BREVET on the underside and has the dip for a pen to rest in, the hinge is a little wobbly so the lid doesn't sit squarely on the base. the liner is a replacement. Sweet little inkwell with cleaner residue in the crevics of the design.
