Vintage Vulcan repair outfit tin, contents missing. Lovely soft blue colour with black and gilt typography. The tin has  a unique hinged clasp to keep it closed, the tin has the expected aged related surface rust  which adds to the patina and appeal of a genuie vintage tin. On the inside of the tin the finish is gilt  and has the directions of how apply the patches. There is a dent on the base.
